大年初六咯~

新年到了，可是除非是在百货公司里，不然我感受不到新年的气氛呢！会不会是因为妈妈已经在我还没从吉隆坡回家之前就大扫除了的关系？为了营造新年的气氛，我就用了一个下午去炸蟹柳。其实我有做过两次了，是上网边学边做。

首先当然是要去买蟹柳啦（开玩笑啦）

然后把冷冻的蟹柳放在水里解冻，可是不可以直接让蟹柳接触到水，所以开封前就要解冻了（因为会让蟹柳有太多水分，炸了不会变脆）。

接下来就是把蟹柳一条一条的撕开。

很快的，就可以放进锅里炸了，可是要小心，因为蟹柳会粘在一起，说以我就左右手各拿一枝筷子，在锅里把蟹柳分开。炸到金黄色就可以了，不过最好是炸好后再回锅炸一下，能让蟹柳更脆，很容易吧？

Tada~这就是我炸出来的“炸蟹柳”啦~卖相还不错吧？

其实我还蛮喜欢煮东西，还有吃东西啦~算贤妻良母型吗？

travel to Johor Premium Outlet

Okay, I’m going to talk about what I did on last Tuesday which is 10^th January 2012. Are you ready to read my long and boring story?? Come on. This is the day me and my mum depart from my house to go to Singapore. We need to change 3 buses in order to reach FLOWER CITY, Singapore. First station is Batu Pahat. It was my maternal grandparents’s living city. I used to go there when I was children. After that I transfer to a bus express, KKKL to go to Johor Bahru. We need around two hours to travel from BP to JB. I keep watching drama and eating snacks inside the bus to waste of the boring time.

While waiting for my brother come, we are having  KFC lunch set at KFC which is just beside the bus station. Initially I go there just because of the AIR-CONDITION.

But I think Christmas edition is much more better.

People say Johor Premium Outlet quite big, but I think still okay for me.  I just purchase 3 things over there. One is for my dad, one is for myself and another one is for my BiBi. But I m not going to show it here. Because I haven’t present him. I think I can treat it as valentine day gift. Some stuff are really cheap. I'm still able to buy it.

CHARLES & KEITH handbag is for myself.

After that, we go back to Larkin bus station to meet up with guo yong and also having our dinner at PIZZA HUT. Finally I can use my FUJIFILM F80 to take photo instead of using my phone. THANKS GUO YONG FOR HELP ME GO PV12 TO TAKE IT AND ALSO CHA BORROW ME THE KEYS.

And finally we reach Singapore by taking bus.HELLO SINGAPORE.

 Of course, I had come back from SG, and I’m “stole” my neighbor line to on9. But actually I already ask their permission to use it. However the line speed is DAMN SUCKS. Because my house is quite far away from that house.Lolx. But it is better than no line to on. Yeah. I’m having positive thinking now. I’m going to take a bath now. Good bye,everyone.

24&25/12/2011 at GENTING HIGHLAND

I know it is late, but i just want to record down what i did on Christmas of last year 2011. I think the organizers are Ahh Yik and Cha. So we decided to go Genting to count down for Christmas. I m not a KL people. So, this is the first time I go Genting to celebrate it.  2010 I went Bukit Bintang area to celebrate it with Icy and Wan Li them after we finish our job. But I had an unhappy experience at there =(

The place where we counting down for Christmas.

we didn't book any book due to too rush for this trip. So we dun have many place can go.we just sitting in Starbucks and inside the corridor of first world hotel. It is damn funny to talk about ELVIN or ALVIN we people are passing through us. haha. What a funny idea. And we also spent some time to watch movie. 

It is fun for me. But I suddenly feel uncomfortable due to period problem and the others reason during christmas. I think I make the atmosphere become a bit weird. But I think nobody is blaming me. I dont know. I just hope they dont mind about my weird action. HAHA. A very late CHRISTMAS WISH~MERRY CHRISTMAS,EVERYONE~

If we are having a boring life. We must always do something do make our life become colourful. For example, we can always celebrate some not very important event with important person in a special place. This is Yeongshi's Theory! So, i was hanging out with my lovely bibi to my favour place "Levain" to eat our brunch on 1st of january 2012.

This is the second times i come here. Last time their bread really dissapoint me. But this time i feel like" Am I at another restaurant?" I love both of the bread. Yummy yummy.

My main course: Creamy Seafood Spaghetti.

One of the customer saw this and ask me what is the name of this dishes. Haha. Is it look nice? But I can confirm that it is so tasty (y). Red cream on the top are not tomato sos.they are eggs of the crab. Crab eggs make the spaghetti get a higher mark=) 

I dont know what bread is this. But bibi say is mapple bread. Is it true?

bibi's curry rice. Last time he ate curry spaghetti. Haha

It is a nice place to hanging out with friend or family. But i suggest to wear nice a bit. Because there are a lot of rich uncle and aunty who carry branded bag. Just dun "sia sui" yourself in front of them. haha. no offend.
